    though I have to question the motivation to share your story with the media?

    normally people that share these stories have some agenda e.g they became a broker or a buyers agent etc..

    anyway not taking any credit away but just curious to hear, as I certainly wouldn't want the public knowing my full name and property portfolio! (or my workmates / boss for that matter!)

    Have you thought of starting a Youtube channel with short videos or similiar to share your mindset? I'm sure there's plenty of people interested in your thoughts and views.

    Awesome job! Did you have any issues with valuations? I thought it was a minimum of three months post settlement before wants would even consider reval.
