Hi, I have recently purchased an IP in Vic and paid deposit. Property has Caveat on the title and RE agent told me it is not a issue. My conveyancing manager has informed me that they have requested the document from vendors solicitor 3 times already but no response. This is a general document which just states that Caveat will be romoved on the day of settlement so that i can get a confirmation certification from my bank of already approved loan. We also want to do early settlement and wverone was aware of it. Any thoughts on how to go about this? Or why they are taking so long ? Many thanks.
