    Hi there

I am planning to take a property in VIC under offer with a due diligence clause
I will appreciate if anyone can give me the legal language to be used so that I can walk away without any financial repercussions in case I find that its not viable

    Cheers

Best person to speak to is a lawyer. They can review the section 32 and advise you on how to word the clause for the property and your circumstances.
