Hi, I have recently been advised that Taigum in Brisbane is good area to purchase an investment property. However, I don't know too much about the Brisbane property market. Can anyone advise of the potential for this suburb, or suggest any other suburbs in Brisbane with positive outlook for investment?

    Thanks, Paul

Taigum has good amenity, including rail, shops, handy distance to airport, handy distnce to Chermside Westfield and dining district. Decent school catchment zones.

Depends really on your budget and kind of stock you are considering to purchase.

Taigum is good. Agree Westfield Chermside is a big factor in that area. It's in the process of a massive renovationis going to be huge. Plus there is a Taigum shipping centre too.
Personally I prefer Zillmere as nearer train. There's not really any parts o dc Taigum by train.

    Taigum and baigum.
Not a bad spot, not too far out.
Haven't looked at how it's performed recently, probably something you should look into.
