Keep a tin of cherries in the pantry ... best thing for gout (eat them!)

Not in my toe or my feet but in the knuckles of my right hand. And I don't drink alcohol. Took about two weeks to heal.

I have never tried it but heck, when you're in that much pain, you'll try anything!! :)

If it's anything like mine, preserved under grappa. After a few cherries you're bullock proof

No idea. Hubby had gout occasionally. Doc told him to try cherries when it strikes. They work

I think you're just cherry picking.

Okay ... Hip Bursitis treated with cortisone and going great - Sciatic treated with physio and exercise and going great - just booked into get the leg circulation checked as legs still numb, tingling and cramping

This getting old sucks - but sure beats the alternative and glad the issues all happened in this "no travel" year

Note" Bowel test done - must book in for the boobs!

The main causes for poor circulation are:

    Obesity - nope
    Diabetes - nope
    High Cholesterol - nope

Which leaves narrowing of the arteries (yuck) and doesn't leave many options to fix other than aspirin and/or stent ... so started myself on 1/4 aspirin to see if it makes a difference over the next few days.

I discovered the fountain of youth - if grey hair is a sign of getting older, I'll shave my head & I'll stay young. :D
