    @Azazel - there's a long way to go before they can recommend criminal charges.

    Don't forget Oueik, former mayor as well as property developer. The roof blew off one of his unit blocks in Lidcombe recently, leaving occupants temporarily homeless.

    Perhaps they should take a leaf from Taiwan's book, and if the building falls apart when it shouldn't, arrest the developer (I'm sure that wouldn't affect any developers on this forum :D).
