    in terms of DIY reno and stuff.. i'll put my hand up and say i am not the guy that will do that because my failures and **** butter fingers will end up costing me more money to fix the **** work i've done.

    in terms of property search buy sell dd etc.. some people just fell more comfortable & confident to believe in a "professional". same reason i pay a mechanic to service my cars

    well if they feel more comfortable & confident, for sure should go that way. No point to do something they aren't happy of and being stressed about.
