NSW Sydney where to buy first IP with 1m

    Hi all,

    I'm gonna buy my first IP and would like to ask some general ideas from everyone about which suburb I should look into. My criteria are:
    1. As close to CBD as possible (as this is my first, I'd like to see it easily. Maybe after the first one I'll be more comfortable to invest inter-state. Also I can move in if needed)
    2. Growth potential and easy to rent out
    3. Within walking distance to a train station
    4. Prefer house with land >500m2, frontage >12.5m

    4 is preferred as I'm looking into Revesby area and within my budget I can find some duplex (2-300m2) with ~$600pw rent. Btw how do you guys think about Revesby area?

    Revesby is already pricey for what it is.

    Even Milperra.

    I would look at R3 blocks in Liverpool area which can be had for under your budget.

    Over next 10 years close1 billion of infra going in.

    Although people have their doubts I think it's a. Gem if buying for long term Capital gain.
