Im looking at a block that is on an unformed rd- gazetted but not built. The water and sewerage services stop roughly where the built rd does, about 30-40m away.

Any ideas on how much thus will cost to extend?

If the property is owned by a developer and is gazetted then there is an onus on them to install.

If the property is in Sydney go to Sydney Waters website and look for developing your land which details water services co ordinators who will assist you.

Its an old block (decades) not new development so no-one is going to pay but the (potential) owner.. i.e. me :)

Whats the site like? I've done a heap of those for Syd water where they wanted to have future connections avail on similar blocks that are unlikely to be built on!
    Where is it?
Really depends on the site, access, depth, man holes. As a rough guide for sewer $400/m but being a small one off job you might pay a bit more.
Water is a bit easier as it's a standardish depth, no man holes but may require some valves adhd fittings say $300/m

Call Sydney water and demand it be sewered!;) they had been promising Blackheath, Mt Vic etc for over 10 years when I was up there.
That's probably worst case price and when you package it up with road works etc you'll get a better price
    Which part of lower blue?
