Hi, Instead of building a PPOR and then building a granny flat, I am thinking of just building a dual key property. It will look like a big house from the front but there will be a firewall between 2 dwellings and also separate entries. I have two questions: 1. (provided the total floor areas are the same) Building a dual key property will be cheaper than building a house and then a grannyflat, is it correct? 2. Is there anyone who can recommend good builders for dual key properties in Sydney? Thanks in advance.
