A lot of old school bosses who still struggle to find the on button on their computer would never consider such an efficient way of running a business.. give it another 10 years once they've retired and the current young blood will do it..

Most old school bosses don't seem to realise a happy worker is a productive worker.. starting work at 9-10am is a good idea.. although my most productive hours are 7-10am.

If thats the case it may be time for a new boss. If they arent that up to date with technology in this day and age I'd be questioning their ability to move the company forward in todays business environment. If I was the CIO I would expect my guys to be forward thinking and trying to save OPEX where ever they can,

    Anyway back onto topic.

To the post before - personally I would prefer larger land. Maybe compromise and get something with at least 400sqm preferably 600sqm and a little more out.

Newer estates the land size will be small. 220sqm to 400sqm is the norm for newer areas.
