NSW is firing big time at the moment. Obviously construction is playing a huge part in its success. In Sydney alone there's around 2250 construction jobs advertised on seek. I work in construction and times are definitely good.

In addition to those already announced, Mike Baird has added the Circular Quay in new developments in the next 5 years.

I can't wait to see the revitalised Sydney in 10 years! New train lines, new roads, new light rail, new convention centre, new Martin Place, and now new Circular Quay.

Yet the price of inner west is still so high. Sign of a city that is thriving and in demand. ;)

That light rail will be pretty useless unfortunately. So long term pain for negative gain.
