SYDNEY: Recommend a builder - 1st floor extension to Inner West shop

    Tossing this out there if you guys are feeling generous and love to your best builders...

    I'm looking to bid at auction for a retail shop in the Inner West. Please recommend a builder... my guesstimate is job is about 150-200k.

    Shop is on small 114sqm block with rear lane access and ~10 metre parking space. Upstairs is a 2/3 bedder and I'd like to extend this over the parking space to create separate access upstairs to either:
    a) 4+ individually lettable rooms
    b) 2x2 bed units

    I don't think the DA should be an issue as other shops have built further back.
