    Sash.
I asked a. Simple Question why are. You and your wife attending auctions if your addment market will have a huge correction?

You have to remember your not the Oricle.

You. Are very. Knowledge and I respect that I told You in person.

But being too cocky and being
so sure of your self while slamming others who don't share your point of view is just arrogant.

Despite APRAS best efforts Sydney is currently technically in full employment. Their is a huge amount of pipeline of work.
Aussie dollar is affordable means our exports are competitive and tourism will be stable.
If this continues wages will Rise.
Aspirations will rise. Prices will have a break than in some areas Not all Will start climbing again.
Unlike you I'm not sure of this and you can Disagree.

Although looking at economics this can happen.

    We will see Next year.

You should put your predictions in my Forecast thread. I will link when I find it

My question to you...how do you know that a market is correcting without seeing it first hand....you have to do your DD.

I am not the Oracle..I am simply an investor who does not want to be in desert for many years...waiting for Moses to lead me out. This happens when Sydney come backs to a normal market.

As for being cocky..I am just calling out what I see and what I am doing...up you to take it or leave it...not agendas here.

As for slamming people...lots of trolls who said Sydney would be okay...and got emotional ...have all but disappeared. They also had a go at me for investing in Werribee and Geelong....

    My favorite saying...time will tell........

Question...how is that going to help if that has been priced in already?

Keep...spouting the rubbish about the international airport being reading to huge amounts of capacity by 2026. Seriously....you need to do a bit more homework. It will take another 20 years to reach even the capacity of Canberra/Adelaide airports in terms of capacity..

Got to agree ....that is a great spot...but sign of the times in the market...6 months ago it would have got 1.5m for sure.

    Trolling?
Sure there are young families there now priced out of coogee and Randwick. But there are still the legacy druggie handout housos hanging around.
You've got rocks in your head if you think an old ground floor 2 bedder is worth $1.3m.

Yek...that reputation has changed significantly....there a very few houses in the commission pocket.

Most of them are T/H and Units....even the units were selling for over 800k...the tide has now changed.

Anything near the beach is easily $1m plus.
