    Sure. 2122 = Eastwood.
Ps. This is free data. Go to the SQM Research website, go to stock on market, search by postcode then split the data by units vs houses :) EF652770-731F-4C08-97CF-B8C3CB1263A3.png

Buddy you and I and some others been saying that forever, AND taking action.

Whose smilin from cheek to cheek now ;)

It's not rocket science. Look for value. Buy according to risk tolerances. Add value potential always good.

    Rinse and repeat.

I am not following any particular areas, or losses, I know covid and the cash splashes and low IR fueled the pricing on many houses....

I noticed many units I was looking at in a few areas are at or below the price from 5 years ago ! That is a big loss if you sell.

We will see what transpires, been too many highs, I bet lot have piled on the debt too, might be time to buy again in Syd soon...wonder how low those units can go % wise if there is a correction from some other shock.

I think 3.4M is only for 6 and 7 Wilton Close and not 4, 5, 6 and 7 as shown in the photo. The 3200 m² is probably for all four lots.

The reason is that if you check the sale history of 5 Wilton Close, it was sold for 1.97M this month:

It makes sense price wise but what about number 4 then?

The vendor may want to keep number 4 or sell it in the future?
