    Like the GC office this has been planned for a long time although with some of the things that happened a long the way they were planned to open 3 -6 months apart, not 3 weeks.

    Very excited to be getting into a different market and getting to learn a different system. We have employed a NSW property lawyer who has had her own small property practice for many years and also a junior lawyer to run the conveyancing.

    These guys will be out pounding the pavement and meeting agents and developers etc for a lot of the time early on. So anticipate the expansion will be cashflow negative for the rest of the financial year but given all of our back office stuff will be run out of my Brisbane CBD office the expansion costs are not the same as starting from scratch.

    I find business and property investment have a lot of crossover
    1. research and planning
    2. numbers
    3. delayed gratification
    4. strategic decisions for the long term
