    Hi, is anyone tracking acreage prices in north West area of Sydney....i see a lot of acreage properties coming up for sale in oakville and marayla region...question is will this area be targeted for subdivision in the near future.. Orbital is also being planned to terminate near box Hill. Any thoughts on potential investment opportunity?

    You'll be laughing if it gets rezoned, which I'm sure will happen eventually considering the foretasted 38.51% increase in Sydney population growth between 2018-2036.

    The question is can you afford to hold till this happens?

    if it booms, excellent.

    if it doesn't, what will you do with it assuming you bought one of these? ( your exist strategy?)

    You need deep pockets to hold. At a high level people already know what is going to be rezoned as institutional investors are already buying up land along where the orbital is planned to run.
