    Spotted this in Carlingford - it’s probably the best depiction of high vacancies in new apartments. No residents in most apartments and junk mail keeps piling on!

    You sure? Looks like junk mail was delivered today and the owners have not come home yet to pick it up.

    No it was all soaked in rain and discolored - sorry the photo doesn’t show it well as I had to zoom in but it looked like catalogues had been there for days if not weeks.

    Yep looks like it was junk mail delivered.

    mid tou find the address we can just look at domain.com.AU and see vacancies

    It was off Pennant hill road but street addresses for apartment buildings are probably back or side streets. I will have another better look if the catalogues are still there early next week.

    carlingford and epping have a massive oversupply of new units. pretty sure most are vacant
