    Thanks @Be Developer for the opportunity. I'll be able to put names to faces on that day. Will the "Property Development and Feasibility Study" cover identifying sites for future development? Will @Shahin_Afarin cover how one can get loans from lenders? Looking forward to it.

    Those topics were largely covered at the first meetup. Shahin focus on a comparison of different loan types - residential versus commercial - and how they related / suited the size of the development.

    We are going to take a couple of live deals and pick it apart from start to finish. You will be able to see the process involved in determining whether a site is suitable, the elements to consider, cash required, potential issues, potential profits, taxes payable.
