    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to get everybody's thoughts on buying industrial land in the current market, particularly out west, Campbelltown or South-West particularly as a longer term land bank/potential development. I'm seeing industrial land becomes more and more scarce and in some lower density industrial areas being turned into resi developments.

    This area has piqued my interest because of the significant increases in immigration over the last few years and as more and more independent e-comms stores pop up, their inventory needs will also need to be met in the next few years. Also, reason i've identified the South-West is because of the transport links mainly m5 and m7.

    This area of investing is particularly new for me so i just wanted to also know about the key indicators that i should keep an eye out for that would impact the value of Industrial zoned land in the long term.
