    Hi all,

    My family has an old terrace house in Glebe and we would like to convert/knock down and build it into a boarding house.
    The zoning is R1, not heritage listed and approx. 150m2.

    Has anyone on here successfully completed a boarding house development with City of Sydney Council? and if so I would love to hear the process and if you could recommend any architects who understands Sydney Council's requirements.
