Hi guys, I’m looking for recommendations of a draftsperson who ideally has experience working with Sydney terrace homes. The project is a renovation and extension in Sydney’s inner west. I have a design in mind, and would ideally like to work with a draftsperson as opposed to architect. Thanks!

I am still uhmming and aahhing and learning about the process for the first time. Architects I've called are only playing in the higher end builds. Now I'm starting to get people suggest architects that deal in the lower end price ranges. You're going to want to work with somebody who you feel comfortable working with and people are often happy for a chat, I'm nearly at the end of chewing people's ears off. Town Planner has been the most productive meeting I've had so far.
