Its been ages - I will try to make this one.

I feel like now that FY17 is done and everything handed off to the accountant, I can come up for air again!

@Luckycharm It has taken a few years to get a copy/paste action plan in place every fin year. The sooner it is done, the sooner I can plan more exciting things (like holidays and such lol).

 

Ive missed the last few, too busy watching painters paint the ppor. Will try to make this one.

@sash you still haven't convinced me on the replacement-rate for jobs as the hand of automation takes its grasp, but that is a conversation for another time!

 

Lets wait and see....I hear ya..in the short term there will be a lot of pain...but in the longer term we will be ok.

People said that about the industrial revolution...now the digital revolution is upon us.......if there is mass displacement...there will a revolution....no government wants that......viva la revolution!

Hey @sash sorry mate I won't be organising one for September but someone else is ore than welcome to. I will be doing one in October though. I'll post it up in the coming days.

 

Hey @Taku Ekanayake @sash, I'm happy to arrange a date and location and post the details. CBD is hard for me but do you think this suits everyone else better? If it's easier we can just keep it at shark hotel.

 

Arrange away...Thursday night usually works with the masses.

Feel free to try another venue to mix it up...somewhere central near rail always works.
