    Hey Darren. My opinion only. A Philippines surf trip would beat a Sydney property meetup. Any day of the week!
    There will always be another meetup you can go to.

    I'll try to make it...good for chin way about property.

    Though a lot of people can't get in...as finance is tightening....this time next year...it could be a different market in Sydney.
