    Sorry Taku, not on much these days. We are in the middle of moving house, gradual renovations and preparing for Christmas! Hopefully we will be back on here a bit more and at the meet ups next year.

    Good meet-up....a think there would have been at least 30....good venue but noisy...but hey the food is great and the drinks reasonable.

    Left late again...yaking about property......good to see a lot of the familiar faces....

    Anybody NOT got a full calendar of Christmas events next week that would like to property chat before everything shuts down for Christmas and property addiction withdrawal symptoms kick in?
    Has there ever been such a thing as a property chat Christmas party?

    We've tried to organise last minute Christmas meetups before, but it's really difficult because most people have too much stuff on.

    Feel free to organise something if you want though.

    Agree, good night, good to see some familiar people and many new ones. So hard to speak to everyone at meet ups.

    Will bring wire snips for the speakers next time ;)

    Go for it.......Thursday would be great...but you better get cracking to see if people can come ...otherwise aim for one just after week following Xmas...people might want to get away from their families. ;):D

    Great night once again! Good turnout of about 30-40 ppl throughout the night. Had a chance to meet and speak to about half the people there with lots of new faces. And as always good to see the OG's and PC locals making this a regular thing in their calendar.

    Had some really good conversations.

    Looking forward to next one in the New Year. Have a great Xmas and New Year to all! Go hard
