    I just remembered I have a family pre-Christmas dinner this Thursday as a lot of us will be out of town for Christmas! Very disappointed :(

    If it's cancelled for any reason I'll be there for sure!

    @Taku Ekanayake , unfortunately I now can't attend. One of our current developments is being completed tomorrow and we're going to do an inspection.

    I'll get to one of your meet-up's one of these days.
