    Hello hello PC crew!

    Trust everyone has been doing well!

    Looking forward to catching up with you all at the next Sydney CBD Meetup :)

    If you're eager to learn about property, share ideas & strategies, where others are investing, and network then come on down. It's a very casual meetup so there won't be an agenda or anything of that tune.

    Come by anytime after 6pm and the last of the bunch is usually there till 11-12pm. The location is in the heart of the city next to World Square. Closest train station is Town Hall & Museum, and bus stops around the corner. Good Thai food and cheap drinks inside.

    just come @marty998! i turned up on my own, totally out of my comfort zone but found that lots of people were there alone and keen to meet people to chat with.

    Oh really? That's a shame! Was hoping to continue our conversation from last time and learn from you. Can you not delegate the strata meeting to PM with note for key decisions on the proxy form?

    How funny I thought you were teaching me, @David Shih and I was just telling you about my family.

    We have a strata emergency and committee that likes gold plating. I cant trust them to make a cost effective decision by themselves.
