    Hello Property Chatters,

    Hope everyone is well.

    Taku was unable to organise the September meetup, so I decided to do it myself.

    As always, it will be located at the Shark Hotel in the CBD. Cheap drinks, delicious Thai, ample room, and plenty of transport options. Come in and out as you please - I have made a booking for 6.30pm but you can show up earlier if it suits you.

    Since I've had a couple of new members message me, I'd like to clarify that everyone is welcome. These meetups are informal and have no particular agenda. You can walk around with a drink in hand and chat with everyone. A variety of people attend them, you have experienced investors, brokers, buyers agents as well as noobs like myself in attendance :)

    Great work...might be good idea to send a reminder to others who come regularly they may not know as this is out of cycle.

    Looks like there will be a few coming again...thanks again for taking the initiative to organize well done.

    Hahaha no unfortunately the gold coast doesn't have a cruise terminal yet! But as soon as they do I'll be there.
