    Does a set of units count as an individual property?

    Do they need to be strata'd?

    Do granny flats count?

    Are we required to present our bona fides in the form of land valuations or is my word as a gentlemen sufficient?

    LOL! Got a lot more than just one in Sydney......but......if you are talking dollar values and the properties in SA are worth, say, $150k each, you could easily have 6 of them while still having assets of less value than just one property in Sydney.

    Full financials are required along with copies of the titles showing that your the owner and a certified birth certificate, passport and driver's licence!

    Failing that, your word will do.

    Definitely not. Otherwise I wouldn't count as being all that experienced at all! ;)

    Was good to meet you guys, at first I was worried about giving all my banking passwords to verify my properties but when you promised that Datto wouldn't audit my files I relaxed and gave in and all was well :)
