    One of the things we will talk about is complying development, finger lots (multiple lots on a single title), etc.

    This is a really good guide to complying development in NSW:

    Definitely recommend anyone that has a spare 10 minutes a day for a week going through this and understanding setbacks (front, side, etc), building envelopes, heights, zoning, etc.

    You ultimately have professionals that can advise you on these things but its really important that you understand the fundamentals.
