    Hi everyone,

    Its been a few years since there was one of these in Sydney, so with a few of the original guest speakers we thought it was time to hold another event:


    Sydney CBD Meetup/Info Session "Property Development/Investment in a Changing Market"

    Guest Speakers:

    @Shahin_Afarin
    @Morgs
    @Paul@PFI
    @Meristone

    The guest speakers and myself will be discussing the current market and how it impacts developers & investors, the finance market, tax & accounting issues & rental strategies. We will also go through this Development Case Study in more detail.

    Come and enjoy the opportunity to network, meet some property developers/investors and learn a bit about the current market & strategies.

    Where:
    Level 5, 1 Oxford St Sydney/Darlinghurst - ITS Boardroom (opposite Hyde Park)

    When:
    Thursday 1st August 2019 @ 6pm

    Timings:
    6:00pm - Networking & drinks
    6:30pm-7:30pm - Guest speakers
    7:30pm onwards - Networking & general discussion

    Light refreshments will be provided, those keen to kick on can head to the pub after :)

    Is the focus of the event Sydney orientated, or developing in general?

    Our examples & case study will be Sydney focused, but a lot of the information, especially the finance/tax speaker will be applicable regardless of location.
