Sydney builder to Lock up Stage

    Hello all, we are looking for a builder that will do my Inlaws extension to lock up stage in Rosebery. This is brick veneer single level extension about 40sqm and also includes a garage/studio at the rear of the property.

    They are not doing owner builder as my Inlaws don't want the responsibility of the whole job. We are seasoned renovators/ developers but the builder we use is too busy and quite frankly doesn't want to take on such a small job.

    Any leads would be much appreciated!

    We have use this builder for a number of jobs now, he is honest, very ethical and reliable:

    His name is Shane, he is currently fixing up a family members terrace in Chippendale.
