    Hi Everyone,

    What is the approx. build cost for a new stand alone home in Sutherland Shire

    - High quality build & furnishings
    - 4/2/2
    - Pool/plunge-pool
    - 2 story
    - 570sqm block
    - landscaping

    I am thinking of knocking down current house, but have absolutely no idea how much a new build would cost.

    Depends on site costs and how luxury you want to go - I would be working off a range of $3.5k to $4.5k per sqm turnkey (landscaping, fencing, etc included).
