Sydney: Best agencies in your area

Hi, just filling in the conversation gaps of this forum!! Whether its from personal experiences or market analysis; from a seller's perspective, which agencies in your area provide great understanding of the market, show great communicative skills and a strong (or private) marketing campaign to give vendors the best result?

 

Working with Epping Central First National as a vendor has been a terrific experience.

 

What's your suggestions for a different title!!
Btw what about McGrath Epping, very popular with huge turnover of properties.

 

They don't allow many photos (about 5 max on the internet unless you pay a lot more), and the commissions I was going to be charged was higher.
I think the people (eg. Betty) are nice though.

In Sydney's Hills District, based on my experience as a vendor and buyer:
Louis Carr
Murdoch Lee
Castlehaven
The independent RE agencies in our area seem to be more honest and customer focussed, work harder to get a good price for vendors and treat buyers fairly. The McGrath's and Ray White's here send 95% of their listings to auction, condition vendors to pay big $$ for advertising and pressure them to sell on auction day.

 

And add Gilmore for Castle Hill.

 

Northern beaches:

- Property management Cunninghams Dee Why and Balgowlah are amazing, ask for Brie Dawson

- Sales have used Mario Esposito at McGrath Dee why and he was great.
