    Hey guys,

    My name is Paul and usually it’s my brother on here but keen to get involved. As well as being a buyers agent I also work as an auctioneer (obviously I keep the areas of each very separate to avoid conflict). I’m finding the market particularly strong auction-wise of late. High rego numbers, clearance rate very steady. I can only speak about Sydney of course. How is everyone else finding it? Any stories / sentiment from what people are seeing out there at Sydney auctions lately?

    Always interested to hear other people’s experiences and happy to answer any questions people have on strategy as I know that’s always a point of interest!
