SMH published a great piece on how Sydney is expected to transform in the next 10 years. Really worth a read.

Most relevant sections for investors I would say would be:
    - The commute: that lists out the expected upgrades to Sydney roads, new rail links and light rail construction projects
    - Where we'll live
    - Jobs and economy

Interesting. I did have a laugh at the section that said by 2026 the Aussie dream of a quarter acre block will be gone. Didn't the dream of a quarter acre block disappear years ago.

Most of this is already on the NSW Planning or Greater Sydney Commission website

Tolls are such a rort. They are going to keep increasing at 4% per year.

Either boycott the toll roads or invest in the toll road company - 4% annual guaranteed growth.

If you read widely as well spend time on PC you're already lightyears ahead of anyone that's learning anything from this article.
