    What's the view about future capital growth in this area? Lots of development happening with the Metro, Westconnex...though expect much of the benefit is already priced-in. Downside is of course ever present aircraft nose, but you either hate it and won't buy into an affected area or don't care.

    Also, any idea what's happening with the fire damaged Gen Gordon Hotel? Last rumour I heard was it was being sold to a developer to turn into units.

    They may face a few hurdles there - Heritage site, Height restrictions, noise/under flight path. It was a viable pub which was almost completely refurbished before it burned down. Prolly held up with a small insurance claim.
