How bad is the idea to buy a house with a swimming pool for PPOR for 1 to 1.5 yr and then rent out, specially in regional area?

I have found a house with a really large flat land in R1 zone. the size of the land is 1500sqm plus. the house is 50k more than other houses similar houses with 750sqm land. The catch is it has a new build (3/4 yrs ago) concrete swimming pool. I am yet to find out other catches.

I know its a double loss (price of the pool included in the price + later pool knock down or filling cost). surprisingly the asking price is still within median house price. may be due less potential buyer due to the large size of the block.

Do you think it will be a horrible to idea to buy such a house which i will definitely rent out after an year? what are the least costly ways of getting rid of the pool? I dont think I will find a single client if I want to rent with the pool.
