    Morning guys, I’ve got an opportunity to acquire a property that adjoins our PPOR which to my untrained eye might create a viable multi dwelling opportunity, with a view to selling with DA in place.

    Rather than just google If anyone can give me a steer on town planners they would recommend familiar with SS Council and what “could” be done I’d appreciate it.
