    Has anyone here built a duplex in 'The Shire'?

    I am looking over the code:
    Dual Occupancy, Secondary Dwellings, Subdividing - Sutherland Shire Council

    Development Control Plan 2015 - Sutherland Shire Council

    As I understand it, the lot has to be at least 600 square metres for a dual occupancy, but the resulting lot size doesnt necessarily have to be larger than 550msq (min lot size for R2)?
    I.e. could you do 1000sq into 2 x 500msq and have the two on separate titles?
