    Great chance to see innovative builds and retrofits to make homes more environmentally friendly, comfortable and cheaper to run.

    I'm planning on visiting a straw bale home.

    Head over to the SHD website where you can search by postcode, state or keyword to find out what homes are open on the day. You will need to log into the site in order to see the addresses of the homes.

    Thanks for that. There is something near me that I'd love to look at.

    Mind you, my PPOR with an energy rating of 8.1 could also be shown, maybe next year...

    Bump for promotion. I think we need stringer regulation on this. They build some shockers. Black roofs. No solar. Packed in tight. .All trees bulldozed.
