Could anyone recommend a surveyor to work with a 2 lot strata sub division with Blacktown council? The lot is a vacant block.
@Bravi there are many established firms in this area. (or closer than me) maybe try Craig & Rhodes or Vince Morgan i recommend to have the surveyor define the property boundary at the same time of the level & detail plan. this may avoid delays in design clearances (if any) further down the track. You may need a survey plan of redefinition if the base deposited plan is over a certain age. this will need to be lodged with LPI prior to, or in conjunction with, the Strata Plan lodgement. The surveyor will advise on this and quote accordingly. The surveyor should review your DA conditions and advise you on any easements required (ie a positive covenant for the drainage system) you will also need to apply for a Section73 certificate. you surveyor can also organise this. good luck with your project
