    Hi
We have a survey strata in WA with a common wall. The electric ity enters through the neighbours side, then runs across to ours.
They are upgrading the fascade of their house so are going to run the power underground.

Do i have to contribute as it is an improvement?
Can they put a covenant or something on the house?

2 lot survey strata? Any common areas? Do you have details of the power easement?

Oh okay, maybe caveat. not sure

Yes, its a 2 lot survey strata, only common area is the common wall. There is no power easement on the title. But the connection above groudn from the street connects to their side
