Look into a monitored alarm service (e.g. ADT etc), may be a better option for you in the circumstance.

Swann have some good plug n play stuff from Bunnings.

    More info ........

For inside of townhouse after tenant eviction, or for outside to cover the eviction?

Or are you just worried about retaliation/damage from the tenant ?

As i understand after the eviction the tenant has to organise a time with the sheriff ( or maybe just the real estate office ?) to pick up their remaining items.

I cant see they would be bothered with this directive, they were ordered to return keys 3 weeks ago by the tribunal .

So we are worried about them turning up in an aggressive manner whilst were cleaning, also after hours damage.

Arlo cameras are great so worth looking looking into those (available at Bunnings).

Wireless too so you can have them up pretty quickly. Can watch through an app and enable motion detection too. Think they have 3 cameras for about $1k.... good luck with the eviction!
