After arriving back from my overseas Sabbatical I could see the stock.

Paying a visit all day Saturday with a good friend however he couldnt make it later found at Kleins eating Matzo Ball soup .
So took Moshe an older respected friend of mine , many who think he's homelss because of his very long greying beard.

Walking to Riley street i think it was 121? yesterday looking at a 1 bedroom unit being sold by 2 chinese boys from Compass Real Estate.
The building nearer to Oxford Street which last year had 1 bedroom sales in the $525-550 mark and i turned up as did a you g couple who wanted everyone to know they were investors by shouting it.

    They and another chinese couple.
For some reason we seemed to be ignored maybe my black hat and blsck cost was not the fit?
Nor Moshe wailing to the wall on this day .

Moshe does not press buttons on Saturday so it took me to press the unit number to cone up

But i pushed my way in last looking inside , nothing special , windows that face directly onto next door so they could even have a conversation with my neighbours.
The investor or want to be investor couple still looking around saying thry like it .

This was not good and Moshe asked loudly " How much rent you get here "
$520 week said the meekly chinese agent

"How much to buy this Schlocky asked moshe ,
We look at $650 to 680,000 said the chinese guy almost looking embarrassingly before he added .... " thats what the owner wants !!!

"Oy vey " , thiat is rudicilous i said to the agent , " feh " feh feh shouting Moshe

Another real estate smuck who want to raise prices because ... He can !

Nothing bad about these agents they were polite but over confident, only a stupid person would pay over the top .
They are asking way way too much in this area for studios and 1 bedroom but if you want to psy these hard earned dollar to them go ahead.

At the moment its on their terms in this ara , there calling the shots .

My prediction Surry Hills studios and 1 bedrooms ... Down after 2016
Will go down in price by early 2017 ... They have gone up too quick !!!

Tell him that you'll pay half now and half in 5 years time.

At least it was an interesting use of a couple of hours. Sounds like you didn't have much else on.

Pretty rude to be calling someone a 'boy' just because someone may be younger than you. In addition, this can be considered a racist/ discriminative term in South Africa.

I don't think @sanj owns 711. It comes across as racial.
