    Hi guys
It's great to be involved in this forum and to be surrounded by people looking to build their wealth with property. I am 29 with a couple properties and looking to expand my network, knowledge with likeminded people who have a passion for property!!

    Hi Biz
I have nothing to sell - didn't mean for my intro to sound like a sales pitch! I want to network and share ideas & with like minded property investors

I am neither a broker or a BA. I am an individual looking to grow personally as well as my property portfolio

    Welcome.

The people you mix with and importantly, the ones you don't mix with will make all the difference to you achieving your goals. If you network with the right people on your investment journey it will catapult you years in front with a lot of money saved.

    Good luck

Honestly, yes. But if you do some reading and learning on your own it will help you to differentiate between the good, the bad and the downright nonsense. There are definitely some great investors on this forum who I have learnt from and networked with over time. You are young and have a couple of properties so you don't seem to be a newbie. If you can find on here those 2-3 investors who you really resonate with and can help you reach the next level of your journey then you will be miles ahead.

Attend the meet ups to network too.

    Good luck

Most people want to invest in property so they can become financially free, get out of the rat race and do what they want, so that they don't have to be ambitious anymore.
Beware the Mexican fisherman story, in regards to being too heavily focused on financial ambitions.

My top seven tips to newbies on PC are:

    1. Read everything, believe nothing.
    2. Don't ask for advice (as most PC members are not licenced to give it); ask for opinions, tips, comments, feedback, ... (as typically there is at least one PC member experienced enough to give it).
    3. Read Tip 1 above.
    4. From my experience, one gets accepted quicker on PC if one posts one's journey to-date including strategies, plans, experiences, mistakes made, lessons learnt, things one would do differently next time, ...
    5. Read Tip 1 above.
    6. Where possible, post constructive comment, helpful hints, ... on other members threads, helping them.
    7. Read Tip 1 above.
