Surprising to see that this forum doesn't have many threads on the housing downturn

    Taking into consideration that this forum is all about property, its surprising to see that there's not more discussions about the crash in housing prices at the moment.

    I looked in several of the subs on this website but couldn't find much discussion about the downturn in prices.

    The others are mostly country towns affected by regional rather than national or global issues.

    I think when I last checked wikkipeedia it defined Perth as a country town on the west coast of Oztralya focussed on mining. ;)

    What are we an Asia country? to call a city with 2 million in population a town? Perth is 10% behind Brisbane in population, I suppose that is where draw a line in the sand :)
