    Hi everyone,
I'm writing a story for Australian Property Investor Magazine that's about investors who seek buy-and-hold investments in capital cities, and try to pick locations which seem due for growth.
The story theme would look great if there's an investor out there who'd be up for being a case study in the piece and is a keen surfer, body boarder, kite surfer, kayaker etc etc.
If anyone fits the bill (or knows someone who does), send me a message.
    Cheers
    Kieran:)

Haha yep that's me. Only problem is I only have 5 and 1/3 investment properties and 3 are regionals so don't really count. Plus 90% of the time I'm just winging it haha certainly no expert!

You could ask pinkboy, but why the need for a surfer, body boarder etc? How does that impact the story? Do you just want some nice photos with some muscles?

I'm a mountain biker, does that count?

PS Don't want to be profiled. I was on Embarassing Bodies Down Under, that was enough.

    This community is great!
While the buff bods are always handy Wylie, the story has a graphical theme around "growth waves". It can be a heavy subject - dense with data and opinion, so the plan is to have a couple of watersport type investors who can talk about waves both in the sport and property sense. These sorts of real people break up the info.
Next time we do a "Climbing the property mountain" pice I'll be sure to look you up radson :p
Since putting up the post, I've managed to find a couple of blokes on the Queensland Coast to step up so worked out well.
Mind you - could be a good future article – aligning different sports with different approaches to property investment. Mine would be shuffle board - a big push early and then sit back in a deck chair and let the disk do the work.:D

Volleyballer here... You have to be in control. I like to see big jumps in value - you have to time it right and you also need to protect "your precious" from hitting the floor. Lots of positioning and strategy is involved in these games in order to get the best results.
