    Is superannuation the safest vehicle?

    What happens when a tenant sues the owner(SMSF Trustee) of a property? Do Custodian trusts offer any protection at all from other SMSF assets?

    You think Westpac will handover the asset? A tenant prob wont sue. They may claim ...What for? Will it be a issue for a insurer to defend?
