    Hi everyone

Just wondering what people's thoughts are on ardeer verses sunshine west in vic for long term investment. Also is it best to by now or later this year if property prices drops?

You forgot the suburb in the middle: Albion. I would rather that over sunshine west and ardeer....

Sunshine West is quite a big suburb compared to Ardeer. What excatly are you looking for? Place with development potential, a house that you can sit and forget, a unit etc?

Was seriously looking at Sunshine West. The yield is just too low for me as a buy and hold. Some of the 3 bed houses were delivering only 3.0%. Far too low for me. I do like the western suburbs though and have moved onto some other opportunities in the area
